Spring is well underway and in Ontario we have recently had some beautiful weather! It seems once the frigid temperatures disappear, it’s a race to do as much as possible in the great outdoors: gardening, biking, walking/running, golfing and other sports! We generally tune up our vehicles and mowers, and allow our bodies to get more exercise.

That little statement packs a lot of punch, but if you don’t believe it, think about times when you just could not catch a break, or you believed some people were treating you badly. In those times, it is always good to check your inner voice… you know, the one that nags at you and sabotages your happiness. Are your thoughts creating these realities? Whenever I have done this exercise, I found that in a corner of my thoughts, there it is: a negative-Nellie idea, or re-living of a painful event that is inviting these realities!
